Served in the traditional fashion with fresh bean sprouts, rice noodles, and a garnish that includes cilantro, Thai basil, sliced yellow and green onions, jalapeno slices, and a lime wedge. Choice of chicken or tofu.  Served with a soft baguette.

A vegetarian version of our chicken pho, using vegetable broth in place of chicken broth.  Vegetarian with the same great taste of the original!
