Served in the traditional fashion with fresh bean sprouts, rice noodles, and a garnish that includes cilantro, Thai basil, sliced yellow and green onions, jalapeno slices, and a lime wedge. Choice of chicken or tofu.  Served with a soft baguette.

Rich and spicy curry flavor . . . a delicious variation of the traditional Pho, with a roasted ginger and onion chicken broth, including fresh bean sprouts and rice noodles. Garnishes include cilantro, Thai basil, sliced yellow and green onions, fried shallots, jalapeno slices, and a lime wedge. Choice of chicken or tofu.  Served with a soft baguette.
