Cooks
The food served on the Cooks Line is made each day by our student kitchen staff from recipes collected over the years. Our menu changes daily, and features popular menu items such as Rustic Black Bean Casserole, Hungarian Beef Goulash, and the always fantastic Chicken Tetrazzini. We offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options as well as healthy choices such as organic brown rice, freshly steamed vegetables and fruit salad.

A spicy treat made with hot and spicy sauce and cooked together with carrots, celery, and onions.
Kung Pao Tofu
A tofu dish with a kick! This tofu dish is made delicious with fresh vegetables, bamboo shoots and peanuts
Green Curry Veggies and Tofu
Lacking in veggies this dish is not, with tomatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, and many others this dish is a flavorful one. caution contains shellfish
Mediterranean Eggplant Chickpea and Bulgar
A savory mix of eggplant, garbanzos, and bulgar with the aromas of cinnamon, allspice, and garlic. This delight will surely get you going.

The ever popular T-Bowls are back. If you are unfamiliar with the genetic make up of a T-Bowl lets us take you through what goes into this bowl of wonder. It starts with your choice of organic brown or white rice. You then make the hard decision of if you want it topped with marinated chicken, fresh steamed veggies, or both (definitely go for both)! And finally it is covered with our very own teriyaki glaze, what more could you ask for, your going to be so excited to eat it you wont even need a utensil.
